Only got 2 hours of sleep?
I got only 2 hours of sleep last night due to my sleeping disorder and I'm super tired! What do I do? I don't wanna fall asleep because if I do I won't fall asleep at night.

You probably are right. Make a chamomile tea its really easy. This is also available in the market these days. It has various medicinal properties that help with sleep as well as fatigue and tiredness.
