Car idles rough when stopped?

I recently bought a 2000 dodge neon and imam habit a few problems with it. First off car has 113000 miles on it and is a automatic. Picked it up for $1600 about a month ago just to comute. When I got it it ran pretty good except it sounded like there was a small exhaust leak. Other then that everything else was fine. So anyway about 2 weeks ago I changed the oil in it. I put 4.5 qts of synthetic 5w30 in and that's when the motor started to vibrate a lot. It only does it when I come to a stop and it will go away if I sit there long enough. Any idea what it could b?

Could be a lot of things, but for its mileage it's probably never had any real maintenance other than oil changes since it was driven off the lot so I'd go ahead and go all out and replace the spark plugs, wires, timing belt, and fuel injectors and then it should purr.

If all of us has a similiar problem & it wasnt a vaccum hose. make effective the IAC valve is adjusted actual. yet pay attention, I have considered" mechanics fix distinct products for a million problem. $$$$, or perhaps as their finished" pull some vacumm lines, in the route of the end of their rail. IOW they recognize they're going to come off in some wks or so, bringing you back to what I listen incredibly usually " he's the proper hardship-free Mechanic" ...lack of understanding is Bliss & severe priced. I artwork on my own....i have had shops tell me i opt for a clean transmission......P.s. loosening vacuum hoses, has been round awhile
