Okay to wear Converse low-cut All-Stars with knee socks?
Sorry, I'm fashioned-challenged. My elementary school-aged daughter wants to wear Converse low-cut All-Stars with knee socks and knee-length shorts. I think it looks adorable, but since I know very, very little about what's hip and stylish, I thought I'd better ask other people if that will be okay.
In case you need to know:
She wears school uniform "Bermuda" shorts in navy blue with golf/polo shirts in solid red, white, baby-blue or navy, like this: http://www2.summitcds.org/parents/images/2LSWarmWe...

She is allowed to wear solid white, navy or red knee socks, no stripes or anything like that, but her socks can have a cable-knit pattern.
She doesn't care if her socks match her shirt or not.
