Playing Xbox game without disc?

Is it possible to save the game to the XBOX's hard drive and then take out the disk and still be able to play the game from hard drive. If so, how do you do it.

Nope, some games still have to have them read to be played, unless you buy them off of xbox live.

The Microsoft Xbox stay service permits you to purchase and get carry of video games, recreation demos and video clips. in case you got video games or recreation demos from the Xbox stay Arcade for your console, you'd be able to play them with no disc contained in the disc tray. As of 2010, there are over three hundred video games on the Xbox stay Arcade service, with expenses starting from $5 to $20.
