am i healthy or not? what else can i do to loose weight?

my mom always tells me to loose weight but i feel like i cant...like its hard...becuase if i eat any less then i have 0 energy

i am 18 5'6 and weight 150

i figure skate so i pratice around 18 hours a week plus a run stairs and i probley eat around 1500 calories a day

    First, you're pretty tall. Second, you work a lot and are a figure skater so with that comes muscle. Third, you don't eat a lot of calories. I think I eat more than you! You just have muscle. :) Be proud of that. You are perfect.

    your mom is insane. there's no way youre fat, you probably have a lot of weight from muscle from skating so you need to eat more to fuel that muscle because muscle burns more calories than fat
