anyone else have issues with www.govtrack.us on i.e. 9 with latest updates?

yes and then how do I know your not one of them but anyway, hope your not. ..lol...they are tracking everyone so do not get alarm we are in the end of the end times you know and if they feel your a threat to them they're gonna track you and watch your every move it's. I could say more but this is enough said.
