Is Kl'rt (Super-Skrull) an anti-hero or villain?

My favorite game for PS3 is UMvC3 and I always play as Kl'rt because he is awesome. I just wanted to know if he was anti-hero (because I have heard in the past he has helped the earth sometimes) or if he is just a plain old villain. Thank you!

    Plain old villain. He was created by the Skrulls for the sole purpose to destroy the Fantastic Four.
