The following website should answer your questions. Each cabin had a washbasin with running water; there were two baths for all 700 passengers - normal size I would imagine; and of course bathrooms were private, I'm not sure why you think they weren't. There is plenty of factual information on the Internet about third class living conditions on the Titanic, just do a Google search using those words.

1) Roomy. It was called the Atlantic Ocean.
2) One big bath. Ocean-sized, in fact.
3) Depends. On first diving in for a wash-up onlookers could see you, but after a couple of minutes the ship would have sailed far enough away for a modicum of privacy (if you don't count the dolphins).
4) It. There's only one Atlantic Ocean as far as I know.

What was the third class bathroom like? ......DIDNT EXIST,SNOBS DIDNT CONSIDER LOWER CLASSES, HENCE NOT ENOUGH LIFEBOATS.

Was it private or public when your having a bath? ....ONLY FIRST CLASS SNOBS HAD WASHING FACILITIES
