I think it ll be a cold winter with coal fired electric plant s closed down I really do, cause with out these plant s folk s won t be able to keep their family s warm or cook for them

You seem to not understand why the coal companies are closing down the plants. It is because they don't want to spend the money fixing them so they no longer pollute the air with arsenic, lead, etc. And the reason they are not wanting to do this is because they can see the writing on the wall as natural gas takes over more and more of the market.
You can blame Obama all you want, but the CO2 levels now are the lowest they have been in 20 years due to this conversion to natural gas.
I have to assume you aren't a parent, because if you were, you would care more about the air your children breathe than the utility bill.
