Hit and run, no witnesses?
Someone hit my truck last night or early this morning. The only parking spot beside mine is the neighbour's spare spot that he doesn't use himself. I asked the neighbour about it and he denied anybody coming over. I filed a claim with ICBC and they said without a plate number of the other vehicle I'll have to pay a $750 deductible.
I'm looking for advice on what further action to take. I'm going to keep an eye out for this vehicle and get the plates if possible. Other than that I'm not sure what to do.
Also, all 4 panels on the one side are damaged, so will they write it off? It's a 2000 ford 150 xlt 4x4, 3 door (two regular doors then two half doors)
Thanks for your time

If this is a residential area, ask your neighbors if any have a Camera that points at the street.
If this is a business area, ask the store managers the same thing.
Hey, you never know, you might get lucky.

You don't even know what vehicle you're looking for, so what plate number are you going to write down? You can't just pick a vehicle and say "That's the one". You need to have some other proof that they caused the damage. So unless there's video of the parking lot the night of the accident or some some surprise witness comes out of nowhere and provides the info you're looking for there's nothing you can do.
