Do most of Ron Paul's supporters read and understand the constitution, or just agree with him on the issues?

Ron Paul's interpretation of the Constitution denies the right of the American people to act collectively through their representative government. The end result of his Libertarian utopia would be an anarchic void that would be quickly filled by Corporate Fascism.

While claiming to be a patriot Dr. Paul seeks to undermine the very principle of collective action that made America what it is today. Newspeak is alive and well.

While some of his supporters are there because they agree with an individual position the common thread seems to be a desire to avoid the responsibilities of citizenship while retaining all the privileges, but you cannot have the latter without the former.

Who cares? Supporting Ron Paul period has nothing to do with liberating the working class, or changing an exploitative system. People follow Ron Paul because the working class in the U.S. are pacified into believing that the freedom for the ruling class means freedom for them.

The working class should not be falling for Ron Paul's agenda to construct an imaginary capitalist fantasy land that is free of monopoly, free of imperialism, and free of exploitation. IT WONT HAPPEN. Monopoly is a law of CAPITALISM, so is imperialism. You have the ability to buy assets, you have the ability to construct monopolies. You have the ability to be protected by copyright and patents, you have the ability to preserve that monopoly. Getting rid of these things is getting rid of the foundation of capitalism.

The working class should burn the constitution; it is a foundation of so called "freedom" for their own exploitation and misery, it represents a document meant to preserve slavery, the U.S. constitution has brought absolutely nothing "good" for the working class, or the oppressed peoples overseas who have been dominated by imperialism.
