Transmission Temp. Light?
The trans temp light inside the dash turns on after about 8-10 minutes of driving in my 2006 Dodge Dakota (4.7 / 5spd auto). I pull over, put it in park, wait a bit, the light goes off, I drive off and it doesn't come back on. It does it almost like clock work at 8-10 minutes. It shifts fine, my engine temp is fine, no check engine light, full of fluid, I'm just tired of pulling over and I don't want to ignore it and cause a problem.
Any ideas that I can try?

Change the trans fluid and put a new filter on (in) it. Flush your lines (or have it flushed).
Hope this helps.
