if you receive an offer for job from a company in America can you get a permanent residence there?

    It all depends on the company; you will be working for under a non-immigrant working visa. If the company wants, they might petition for you to be a Legal Permanent Resident. But, that is up to them!!

    No. You will have a work visa, but that doesn't give you permanent status. YOu have to go through a whole lot of other things.

    If you lose the job, you will have a limited period of time under your visa to find another one or you have to leave.
