Have you got any brilliant Tray Bake Recipes you are willing to share?

Baking to raise money for a charity and looking for something really scrummy!

    Go onto the Macmillian (Cancer charity) site, they have a host of information, recipes and ideas in connection with their famous countrywide Coffee Morning Fund Raisers. I have done a couple of these and usually bake the following which are easy, inexpensive and got eaten without complaint

    Fudge (tray bake) cut into small square bag and sell (yum yum)

    Chocolate brownies (tray bake)
