Crossfitters I need your help!?
I'm new to the Crossfit gym in my school town, and everyone seems like best friends there. The trainers are nice, but no one else talks to me lol. I go during the 7:15 am class, I'm sure most the cool peeps take the 5:30 class since this is a college town. How can I make friends and be likable? I know the Satirday workout will be a group workout, so what should I do to seem more approachable?
Oh, I'm on my 3rd day and every single muscle in my body is sore....I LOVE IT!

Make sure you cheer on other people and ask them questions about technique, nutrition, whatever ... Even if you already know the answer or dont care, it will make them feel good that you looked to them for advice and its a good opportunity to start up a conversation. Also try to meet a lot of people at weekend workouts that u may not see through the week due to different schedules, and if u can, come to other class times occasionally. Also be sure to participate in any events your gym might hold as its another good way to meet people. Either way, crossfit communities tend to be very welcoming and its probably just a matter of time becore you make a lot of friends. Have fun!
