    Yes, certain signs are banned from WWE events.

    I've never found specific guidelines released by WWE about signs, but I'm guessing they're pretty sensitive about it.

    For example, there was a sign a few months ago that said, "Zack Ryder = Better Ratings," and even that was taken away.

    Also, after the firing of AW (Abraham Washington), fans with signs like "We Want AW" had theirs confiscated, I've heard.

    And as the user above me said, WWE is pretty protective of Linda McMahon and her political career (for example, some people say that AW was fired not because of the Kobe Bryant controversy but because he mentioned Linda McMahon on twitter.)

    I think the confiscate any signs about Linda McMahon. They sometimes take away any negative Cena signs like Cena Sucks or something.
