Well, supposedly the bleeding stops in water. But the only sure way is to wear a tampon :c. One time my friend was waaaay too scared to wear a tampon at my swimming party, and she went swimming with a pad on..and it was so awkward because everyone was trying to avoid her incase she leaked. But nothing happened. So that could possibly be an option. But I don't recommend it.

And you should hide your pad in your purse or wallet or something. I'm sure the guys won't look there. :)

Make sure to bring tampons, and pant liners just in case!

    Have fun and good luck!

yes it will stain your swim suit and show though not to mention the stains of this do not come out.

If you do not wear a tampon that is just as gross as a kid peeing in a pool.

Try tampax compact their small confterbul and easy for the amount of swimming you'll be doing then switch to a pad after. That is what most women do i've tryed the whole sitting out thing as well as no tampon and trust me not something you want happening at a pool party.

So you have two options to sit out or man up and try a tampon if you cannot get any ask a gf that might be able to help or ask your mom.

The whole pressure thing in a pool is ok if you are walking in it only and not diving sometimes you can have mini clots in the tissue and that would be horrible to find floating around a pool.

Your pad you can keep in a pool bag with clothes towle as well as put a new clean one on your pantys while changing into your swim suit so its a easy fast change after. Also make sure to bring extra with you so you can change if needed so you get no leaks.

Trust me im 21 i've tryed what you are talking about because i hated the idea of tampons and their reserved only for swmming or tanning in a bikini. and for that they are not that bad

Plus wearing a pad in water defeats the purpose as well sine it is going to absorbe the water and not your period. again i've tryed it. plus it is weird and people will notice it throught a swim suite.

YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET IN THE WATER WITHOUT ANYTHING! I say just use a tampon. They hsve really small ones that work wonders. "Ob".

Use it just for the pool, then go use the broom nd down the toiet goes the evidence. Take a purse and ide the pad for after the swimming in there. Believe itor not tampons r cimfy

Beg your parents to let you use a tampon. I'm sure they'll let you if you explain why you need one. But, if they dont, just know that when you get in the water the period won't come out cause of the pressure. unless you're super heavy. but since it's your first period, it probably won't be. just make sure that you get into the pool as soon as you take out your pad and when you get out you immediately cover your bottom in a towel and try to get a pad on/a change of clothes as soon as possible.

surely, i've got long previous swimming on my era previously and not something undesirable surpassed off. It relies upon on what colour your bathing extra wholesome is...it ought to get stained somewhat yet you could likely get rid of it, and no the blood did not circulate everywhere yet mine are continuously fairly gentle. something approximately being interior the water has a tendency to end it for somewhat. yet of course be careful while status up and so on. does not % it working down your leg. this is fairly helpful to convey a conceal up or gown or something for once you get out of the pool. As for hiding your pad, you should maintain it on your handbag or basically stash it someplace the place it is not going that absolutely everyone will locate it? Or while you're fairly that demanding use tissue quickly and flush it once you're performed.

sorry to tell you but it is gross to go in a pool while your on your period without a tampon in so tampons are your only option i just started using them last year and they only hurt a little bit and you have to think of the outcome if you use one and suffer a little pain you can swim and not be embarrsed!! good luck sorry that theres no other way!!!
