why did this Palestinian get tasered 5 times dy Israeli police while he was handcuffed?
Obviously the man was immobile, why keep tasering him?
@ Y.K. Cherson if you read the story you'd know that he was trying to break up a fight between two Youths, then the Tel Aviv Police (the police of the capital of Israel) tasered him.
If you don't know the story don't spread lies.

You pro Israelis don’t get the point the man was handcuffed, it doesn’t matter what he did or what he’s doing at the time, he was immobile period, it’s inhuman to Taser him one time yet alone five times, that’s the point.
If you pro Israelis ever wonder why more and more people hate you each and every day, I’ll tell you why it’s because you try to justify the unjustifiable with BS, just because the US government is scared sheetles of you, and you make sure that they always give you the thumbs up (thank god that’s changing) Like to you it’s ok to act like bloody pirates as long as the Israelis do it.

Because they can. Experience has taught them they can be as over the top as they wish when dealing with the Palestinians- even killing them. Protestors have been taken into custody- and later died- beaten to death.
@oh how we poor arabs suffer You're twisting of the story is incredible! YES there are PLENTY of people who tell the police they're being over the top. We don't use TASERS on people who shout at you. You obviously have NO idea how policing works in the Wester world.
"Again, in any country of the world, this guy would be detained, pass 24-72 hours in the police cell, then would be " which western democracy does this for telling a police officer he's being "over the top"?
Let's hear your explanation on how a Jewish settler threw a moltov cocktail at a cab with children in it.
@matthew Are you out of your mind? Your suggesting that AFTER BEING TASERED (ever been tasered?) He said to himself, "gee there's a TV crew there, even though by body is convulsing and I'm in the most pain I can ever imagine, I'm going to "fake it"
Just like everybody knows there was no settler firebombing, those evil Palestinians covered themselves and their children wit petrol them lit themselves on fire.

1) We don't know he WAS tasered after being cuffed. It is established FACT that Palestinians will "put on a good show" to make Israelis look bad, especially if there is a camera around. [The same "corpse" of a little girls was removed from rubble of a building SEVERAL TIMES by Palestinians with the intention of making it look like the Israelis had "murdered" many more children than had actually died.]
2) Being tasered sucks, but is generally harmless in the long term.
3) The man on the ground was obviously still trying to engage in activities the Israelis probably didn't approve of. This merited "correction." Again, we don't know if he WAS "corrected" or not.
On the other hand, whoever cuffed the guy did it wrong; his hands should have been cuffed BEHIND his back. That way, even if he DID lunge at an Israeli, he couldn't have done more than head butt her. I mean, *I* could do serious damage to someone with my hands cuffed in FRONT of myself, even if I DID stay kneeling on the ground, and I am over 50 years old.
[edited to add]
I went back and watched the video at the link twice more. It shows the man in the foreground being tasered, then cuffed, and then him acting as if he is being tasered a second time, and that is all. It does NOT support the claim he was tasered "five" times. Oh, and the second time he was (allegedly) tasered was after he had regained his balance and appealed to the crowd for help, and then apparently lunged at or verbally abused the nearest cop.
It's all perfectly legal and morally ethical in that one video.
But I can see how those who hate Jews might not like the idea of Jews setting ground rules.

right this is the final paragraph interior the object The Tel Aviv police suggested the action picture "become edited in a manner that doesn't mirror the completed photograph. there become a great brawl between 2 households from East Jerusalem, and a number of of alternative of the contributors have been wounded and had to be evacuated to obtain scientific care. cops who arrived on the scene have been compelled to chop up the struggling with factors and confront a crowd that incited all cutting-edge to rebel and abate the officers' artwork. the guy interior the action picture attacked the policeman and interfered with him interior the line of accountability. A Taser become utilized as a manner to regulate him."

Something I don´t understand.
Didn´t you tell us that "palestinians" are "systematically genocided in Israel"? Well, a Meymadion Water Park in Tel Aviv where this "genocided "guy (with his six children, also victims of genocide, no doubt) came to celebrate end of Ramaddan, is not the best place to prove your usual statement about "genocide". But ok.
The incident took place after Tel Aviv police were called to Meymadion Water Park to control a brawl. Officers used pepper spray to subdue one of the participants. This guy, whose name is Talal Siad,Israeli Arab, 42 years old, resident of Al -Tur, who was not involved in the brawl, attracted the officers' attention by telling them they were using the irritant too freely ...
In any country of the world a police officer would tell such an intruder to leave, and this was exactly what the Israeli police officer did.
"I told the policeman, 'What are you doing? You're killing those kids,' and he told me to leave.
" I said, 'You're being unreasonable, you go away.'""
Ooops! As soon as these words were pronounced, any police officer in any place of the world is obliged to detain the person who is intervening in the work of the police officer in the line of duty.
"In response, Siad said, the policemen threatened him with the Taser. "I shouted, 'Do you want to shoot me?'"
Again- Ooops! Not only the guy tried to meddle, he also shouted at the police officer. And this Israeli citizen of arab origin( what the hell "palestinian", he is from al -Tur, Jerusalem, and has the Israeli citizenship) is about 6 feet 8 inches and weighs at least 200 pounds. At seeing the enraged idiot of such complexion approaching him, the police officer used electric gun.
But the freaking idiot did not stop and went on trying to get up shouting at the police officer - for which he got stunned again.
Then the usual unbelieving mildness of the Israeli police to arabs turn comes. Again, in any country of the world, this guy would be detained, pass 24-72 hours in the police cell, then would be
taken to the Court- and sentenced to the fine in between 180 and 250 Euros. But the Israeli police officers DID NOT DETAIN HIM! They let him go, and this individual went to the hospital ( on his own feet).
What makes all this story really amusing is that in spite of so much fuss about how he was "tasered", "electrocuted", stunned" and "almost killed", the guy has not presented the complaint about how HE was attacked by these monsters-Israeli police officers; he filed the complaint to the Israeli Justice Ministry, accusing the Police of excessive force to other people as they diffused a brawl.
Oh, what a noble soul! All for the people- and nothing for himself.
Usual arab b/s.

It's so typical of pro-Palestinians to find these edited videos and present them as evidence. If there was any wrong-doing, the real video, the entire thing, will be presented as evidence in a criminal case, not some hacked and spliced video that Arabs put together as part of their lying propaganda schemes. My guess is that after looking at the real video, it will be obvious to police that tasering the guy was quite necessary and was not excessive.
@Daniel/Nabil: Now I know you're Iam Palestine, or should I say, "I wish I were a Palestinian."

Your own article suggests the answer. Quoting from it: "Misinformation?
The Tel Aviv Police Department said that the video had been edited in such a way that it did not reflect the real events and made the police look bad."
If you don't know the story, and don't read it, then don't spread lies yourself.
Like in the U.S. police are held to standards & investigated & removed if they violate them. Likely there was need here. If not, it will be investigated.
A normal handcuffed person stops & waits, so something isn't right with this person's claims to begin with. He hasn't filed charges at the police yet. And convenient that a bystander could record "everything."

@Fake rabbi
When antiIsraelis have to resort to lying about who they are (this isn't a Jew or rabbi), it shows how weak they are.
@Nabil/Daniel
The amazing thing about you - is you use that "long and boring" on my shortest answers. It boggles the mind, and completely cracks me up every time.
The link you gave says same thing as this one!! And proves what Chana & I wrote - that it will be investigated, same as in any free civilized country when police are accused. Unlike civilized people though, antiIsraelis will harp on it without waiting to see the full video. Then will ignore the full one anyway.

The Tel Aviv Police Department said that the video had been edited in such a way that it did not reflect the real events and made the police look bad.
“The man in the film attacked the policeman and interfered with him in the line of duty. A Taser was used in order to control him," Tel Aviv police told Haaretz.
Says your source.

Because he accosted the police with an aggressive nature, like that of most Arabs.

The Israeli Police obviously drew inspiration from the Rodney King incident.
