what's the worst behaviour?

Just curious, what is the worst behaviour you've ever seen in a person...toddler, child...teen? Heck even include an adult. It doesn't have to be anyone you know...just a bad behaviour you've witnessed.

Update:

Just to clarify...what did the individual do? ie: I was in Walmart and saw a pre-teen actually rip down some of the racks because he/she didn't get what they wanted. Thanks all for responding :)

There are many ways to answer this question because it is so broad. I will exclude events I have seen on T.V or heard about in the news. I will give an example primarily based on what I have seen at the park, as a stay at home mom.

I was at the park and I saw a three yr old boy, yelling and screaming at his mom and hitting her. I thought, she should say something, but she did not say anything, she just ignored him and stayed at the park. I don't like to judge a three yr old because I know, even with my children that one day, they can be angels and the next day they can be little devils. It can also be from hour to hour a different attitude. It is important that I clarify, I don't judge the person, I judge the behaviour and how it is handled.

I thought to myself, if it were my son, I would warn him that he needs to calm down or we go home and he sits on the naughty step. Keep in mind that I know how mothers can be brutally judgemental with one another as well. So, I think if we ever see a situation like that, we could go up and try to help the mom out. Some moms will not like it. In this case, I said nothing because I was not sure. But I have been in situations where I saw a kid throwing a tantrum and I asked the mom if I could help her out. Or I made a comment to the boy: "mommy is talking to you. You need to listen, sweety".

In this case, I did judge the mom a bit. I just did not know why she wasn't handling it.
