Is my abdominal pain and irregular vaginal bleeding normal?

Ok, so I delivered my 3rd child 09-26-2011, had my tubes tied and a laser cone procedure on 2-28-2012. While recovering from the tubal, if I moved too quickly I had a sharp/pinching sensation in my sides hear my hips. I've been moving (today is day 5), and the heavy lifting/strenuous activity caused just a little spotting on day one. Has gotten slightly heavier and is a constant now. Not near anything like my period, I usually overflow a super-plus tampon every 30-60 minutes. Shortest period ever is 7 days, longest is 17 and they're extremely painful. Well anyways, this is day 5 of bleeding, and I am having the same sharp/pinching sensation just like after my tubal. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm scheduled to see GYN sept. 17th, should I go to ER? This seems too far for these issues.
