Need help with printing a photo using HP?

I've tried printing a picture (Viking drawing-outline) and during the printing process it keeps cutting off the top 2 inches of the picture. I've tried enlarging, scanning, Photoshop, iPhoto, everything. If it's not cutting off inches, it's too small for the page. The page setting is for 8.5x11" but I can't seem to change the dimensions of the picture itself. A little help please?

that may mean the two grimy print head or working out of ink. in case you bypass to printer homes there could be a toolbox the place you are able to the two run a calibration print or sparkling print head print.
