Are there any Seventh Day adventists at either the Arctic Circle or Antarctia?

Can they not work for the entire six month long night?

    colossians 12:14-17

you do realize that this particular scripture isn't talking about God's 10 commandments, especially the 4th commandment,.

    14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;

15 And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.

16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:

17 Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.

in God's 10 commandments, where do you see anything about New moons, feast festivals, drink and meat offerings?

    i will list god's 10 commandments below,

    1. thou shall have no other god's before me

    2. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image.

    3. Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain.

    4. Remember the Sabbath Day to keep it holy.

    5. Honour thy father and thy mother.

    6. Thou shalt not kill.

    7. Thou shalt not commit adultery.

    8. Thou shall not steal.

    9. Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.

10 .Thou shalt not covet any thing that [is] thy neighbour's

There was nothing in the Ten Commandment law about meats, drinks, new moons, sabbath days (plural), or feast days. All these were in the law which the Lord told Moses to command to the people. The weekly Sabbath is not mentioned in these texts. Paul says plainly that he is speaking of "sabbath days which are a shadow of things to come," and not of the weekly Sabbath which was a memorial of something that happened in the past at creation.

The fourth commandment does not tell us to keep the seventh day as a type of something to come. It says: "Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. ... For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it."

The curse of the law is death (Romans 6:23). Christ tasted "death for every man." Hebrews 2:9. Thus He redeemed all from the curse of the law (death) and in its place provided eternal life.

Don't know if the Seventh Day Adventists look to Jewish law for guidance.

    If they do --

there are quite a few Jews in far northern areas.

The Tzar used to exile us by the train load.

The law is that the Sabbath is 25 hours.

The amount of light is irrelevant.

As much as I hated this 100 degree St. Louis summer, I'm not planning to travel to either place any time soon. Whether any Seventh Day Adventists live in either place; I guess that would their misfortune.
