Syntax are rules concerning which order words should appear in in a sentence.

For example, in English, you can't say "boy ball kicks the the" because it doesn't make sense.

In English, the Syntax is: Subject Verb Object so the sentence has to be "The boy kicks the ball"

Subject: Person doing the action (The boy)

    Verb: The Action (kicks)

Object: object on which action is performed (the ball)

Every language has some rules of syntax.

well, quite a lot, since I have studied the syntax of various languages... your question is rather vague and pointless, don;t you think?
