personally to me it is a question of viability in a sense. Once the fetus would be able to survive without its mother (by being able to breathe) then I believe it has become a baby. they have come full term and not dependent on the mother. I also think do the "end determine the means" fits too. if a baby will be brought into a very poor life then is it relaly better for the baby to be born?
