Could onions do this to my tongue?

Okay last night i ate what i consider alot of onions. Lol i thought it woud be healthy for me so i ate some onions. But today the sides of my tongue felt very raw and dry like but no burning or anything just an un comfortable dryness. Also the back of my mouth not quite the throat but the side i swallow on is irratated and hurts to swallow. I feel this just only the side i swallow on. Could the onions have done this? If so how long untill it goes away? I dont think im sick because i have no ther symptoms and the day before all of this i was just fine no coughing/sneezing tired ness or anything. Advice/ suggestions/thoughts? thanks

You did WHAT?? Are you talking about eating raw onions? What fool told you that eating raw onions would be healthy for you? Of course your poor mouth, throat and tongue are in distress. Drink lots of water - like a whole lot to flush that out of your system and do not do something like that again.

Sorry - I get irate when I hear such foolish things done in the name of "being healthy". Did you know that breathing was 100% fatal? Stop breathing because you will die.

I have probably peed you off. I do apologies. Try to use some common sense in the future. Your efort to be healthy is hurting you.

    LOL
