Slow response when I type? What can be the problem?

I'm using my keyboard and not sure why I'm having a very slow response in typing my emails. I've deleted cookies and cache's. and that doesn't seem to help. Could it be yahoo's email itself? Or my computer? What can I do to correct this?

Update:

EDIT/UPDATE: I actually updated my Adobe Flash Player, then closed my browser, reopened it, and that did the trick for me! YAY!!! :-) Thank you all for your answers.

It might also be how you are connected. I sometimes have that with ATT lately.. Two good programs to run which are free and may help are ccleaner and then auslogic defrag. I use those both every week or so and it does help performance. with auslogic there are other things you can get but I thing the free defrag is the best and the only one I use. Ccleaner has a registry cleaner and it seems good enough to do the job by itself.

If you have a wired keyboard, turn off your computer and unplug it. Turn your computer on after 10-15 minutes, when your computer has booted up and you have to type password or something, connect it then.

    Hope this helped :)
