Has God not handed Obama his greatest opportunity?

I was pleased that Obama announced that people in the disaster order should do what the authorities tell them, INCLUDING WHEN THEY ARE TOLD TO EVACUATE.

This should be common sense, but 7 years ago a lot of people in New Orleans did not do this. Many were just waiting for somebody to offer them a ride. Others just didn't want to leave their homes.

George Bush authorized federal disaster aid BEFORE the hurricane even landed. But the Federal Government cannot force this aid on the States without permission, and that was a good deal of what held up the aid. Poor management at City and State levels. The Federal trucks were just waiting to be allowed to help.

Is this a great opportunity for Obama? It doesn't seem so. I doubt he will do any better with this than he has done with other national issues since he took office.

i'm hoping Obama do what a president could and that his suited over all am satifide as i might properly be with Obama ... I propose how do you handel flood after flood and hurricane after hurricane it not precise to think of one guy can try this besides yet i understand Obama will and can positive away to help

I expect Obama to ad hear to the normal check out time.....in January.
