Sharp pains in lower back when running/sometimes walking?
Footbal has started and we have been at it for about a month now. And just yesterday i started getting sharp pains in my lower back on the right side of my spine. It seems to happen when i make sudden moves or when running/walking. Do you know what this could be?

I guess you might have pulled a muscle or something.
