Depression worsening, what can I do?

I have a history of Major Recurrent Depression, past suicide attempt but that was 10 years ago. I am on an anti-depressant that I get prescription assistance for. I can tell my depression is worsening a lot lately. The last couple weeks thoughts but not plans of suicide have been several times a day. I have no clue why I am asking her for advice expect people on her would have no personal motive to tell me that I shouldn't. I have no insurance so going to the hospital or psychiatrist is not an option. I cannot tell my family because if they would call a doctor there is a slight chance of forced hospitalization and massive debt. I guess that is it.

well first how old are you? Second, find someone you really trust and talk to them about it. Be open about it and people will be glad to help! I would! desdes369@yahoo.com, pm me if you need. Sometimes we all have bad things happen, but we don't let anything go wrong! I've thought about suicide before, but I already knew that it wasn't worth it! More people are dying today because no one knows about depression! Message me and I'll be glad to help!

You should have some sort of community behavioral health center that can help you regardless of insurance. If you are religious, talk to a member of your church. If your not, talk to a friend. Talk to someone who will listen. It can be quite liberating. Also, try to see if you can up your dosage on your anti-depressant.
