Christians, Why are you guys always persecuted :(?

So Christians, you guys always say you're the ones who are persecuted. I'm so sorry, its not like you guys burned witches at the stake or bombed abortion clinics or kidnapped abortion doctors. :( Please just complain about how everyday it is so hard for you to live your life.

God Bless.

One has to take the good with the bad, Such is life. Shi* happens. Into every life a little rain must fall. Nothing worth having is ever easy. Peace

As a Christian myself, I do not complain that I have ever been persecuted. However, I should mention that I happen to be lucky enough to live in North America, which has Freedom of Religion.

In other parts of the world though, Christians live in fear for their lives. In Muslim countries, Buddhist countries, India(which is Hindu), & atheistic countries(read Communist), Christians often end up getting murdered.

Your details are misleading. You have generalized the whole to be exactly like the minority. I don't blow up abortion doctors. I don't burn witches. All I can feel from this question is your sense of bigotry toward the greater while using the lesser to justify that bigotry. If I get robbed by a group of black teenagers, I don't make the error of blaming that on the black community or black people as an entire people. I blame that on the lesser who have committed those crimes. Your bigotry might get you a high-five from your Christian-hating pals for a brief moment. But, you ultimately have learned nothing of our ways other than that which you choose to imply without any logical justification whatsoever.

It is not hard for me to live my life every day. I am very grateful that my situation is so ideal. I live in a beautiful, healthy environment, am well fed, and I made you samosas.

    (Proffers said samosas)

They're very good. I'm offering them because you're wonderful, and I promise, I'm not being sarcastic, even if it sounds like it (wince). I just think you could do with a samosa or two.

Are you asking a question or is this just a rant?

If it's a legitimate question then the answer is simple.

As long is there is light, there will be dark. Love can't exist without hate (in this realm). Christianity is supposed to represent love. There are and always will be those that despise love.

if you would take some time to read the new testament and jesus teachings on non violence, mathew 5 for example then you would understand that the people who did the things you mentioned could never be true christians and you wouldnt stumble over that. groundwire.net...mathew 17

Why are you so judgmental? If we're playing stereotypes than I could say all atheists are butthurt and angry, but we both know that is false.
