I have two goals before May of next year:

6 minute mile

13 minute 2 mile

Only problem? I'm really slow.

My mile time right now is a little over 7 minutes. My two mile time is about 14:45. If I ran everyday, is it possible to achieve those times? If so, what can i do to achieve this time? Any certain smaller goals to have first, or certain pace? Thanks

Parking lot parking is fine but when I'm driving I always feel like I'm going to hit the curb but my dad is constantly telling me I'm not that close at all. We were working parking on the side of the road but I kept having trouble because I wouldn't get close to the curb because I was so scared I was about to hit it even though I wasn't. Are there any tricks/ways to know how close you are?

My little sister bought this book of fun math problems, and she can't figure out how to solve this one.

"Brooke places orange barrels on both sides of a road that is under construction such that the centers of adjacent barrels on the same side of the road are 15 feet apart. If Brooke does this for a 1.5 mile stretch of roadway, how many barrels will be placed on the two sides of the road in total?"

I can't figure it out because I'm not too good at math, so hopefully someone here can help. Thanks in advance! :)

My teacher posted this just for fun math question, so I looked at it and although its not for extra credit or anything, I want to know how to solve this. I'm just curious! Here is the problem:

"Luis plans to purchase some new baseball bats and gloves before spring training begins. He wants to get the same bats and gloves he purchased last spring, but can’t remember the price of each item. Luis recalls making two purchases last spring, each totaling $135 and both tax exempt. The first purchase was for a glove and three bats. The second purchase was for two gloves and a bat. If the prices of these items are the same as last spring, how much will Luis pay for three gloves and four bats?"

Games I'd play: Fallout, Oblivion, Skyrim (pretty much Single player RPG games, I'll be doing multiplayer on XBOX because that's where my friends are.

I'm thinking about buying a new game and I wanted something besides a FPS (first person shooter)

I've always heard about how amazing skyrim is but it came out like a while ago. Is it still good? Or are there better games now?

I already own Black Ops 2, Modern Warfare 2 and 3, and all the Halos I don't want any First Person Shooter

We need to have multiple screening processes for being able to buy a gun. Often times people who are mentally unstable have short attention spans, so this would decrease the amount of people who would even think about buying any type of gun. This still allows all types of fire arms to be bought, and it also increases training for using them properly.
