Can anyone tell me roughly what i should expect at A level?
I need A*AA to get into Physics and Astrophysics at Manchester. Am i aiming too high? Im taking Physics,Chemistry,Maths and history at A level.

Well, there is quite a gap between GCSE and AS/A Level. But I got mostly B's and C's and GSCE and after my first year of 6th form I got BCCC in my AS levels, so it's quite similar for me. Other people work really hard and exceed expectations, while others struggle to adapt and end up failing. Just work hard, concentrate and you should be fine! (You should be given target grades by your teachers anyway to give you a guideline of what grades you're capable of).

GCSE results are not a reliable predictor of A-level results.
You will get good results if you work hard. And you are starting from a good place. No, you are not aiming too high. Reach for the stars and aspire to be the very best!
