Law is the principles and regulations established in a community by some authority and applicable to its people, whether in the form of legislation or of custom

How about you explain to us what that phrase actually means, or just put it into context. To me, it's meaninglesss, so I can neither agree nor disagree.

How can I agree or disagree with something that makes no sense?

9 How can a young person stay on the path of purity?

By living according to your word.

all the laws that come from your mouth.

14 I rejoice in following your statutes

wonderful things in your law.

for I keep your statutes.
