First of all may I offer my sympathy to you in relation to your recent miscarriage.

Your story is very similar to my own and my fiancee's. We accidentally fell pregnant in March last year and I miscarried at 7 and a half weeks. Like you I was desparate to get pregnant again and was so stressed about not conceiving, by month 4 of trying after our miscarriage I was beside myself because I thought I couldnt have children. I was 30 at this point. When I finally accepted that maybe we were trying too hard and I needed to relax, I fell pregnant. We found out in the September that we were expecting and now have a beautiful little girl.

You already hit the nail on the head about getting stressed and it caused delays previously, what ever you did last time to relax and stop stressing try the same again or try new ways of relaxing.

I would wait at a few months before trying 2 conceive again. You have just been through a lot physically and emotionally! But once you start trying again use ovulation tests. The ones from the dollar store are very accurate! They helped me 2 conceive 2 beautiful and healthy children!
