AFC north .... I believe have the most productive seasons as of late, at least. Based on "making it to the playoffs". But, what are we using for this determination?
Steelers and Ravens have and will drive the field with superior numbers.
Dalton has a pretty good start to his career, should produce average at a minimum. Personally, I see Dalton, as a force, that is to be, soon.
What can Cleveland do? One of the worse offenses last year, but does have some outstanding offensive players. Weeden, one of five starting rookies this year, so the rookie dilemma in almost fairly distributed through out the NFL divisions.
Predictions by fingertips.

NFC North
Aaron Rodgers
Jay Cutler
Matthew Stafford
Christian Ponder <--- he's still young but 2 of those QBs are top 5 in my opinion

Either the NFC North or the NFC South. I think the North has an extremely slight edge.
@Devilish...: Are you serious? RGIII is "greatness"? He hasn't even played a down yet. Let's compare between the NFC's North and East.
Rodgers>Manning
Stafford>Romo
Cutler=Vick
Ponder=RGIII (at this point)

North NFC , the only true South quarterback that's been proven good is Brees so far. Newton still has a ways to prove himself and Ryan has yet to get a play off win

NFC South: Brees, Newton, Ryan and Freeman.
Followed by the NFC East: Eli, Romo, Vick and RG3
