My wrist has been the same size since I was 14. Im 18. Does that mean my bones are still going to get bigger?
I have no facial hair and still tiny wrists. When i put my wrist jext to someone who is fully grown my wrist looks like a boy's wrist. Which seems like i have small bones. Also im skinny 5 foot 11 at 160. But im strong benching 225.

It is not the wrist bones that are a factor actually, it is the meat on the bone. You are not on a large frame, but a long one, so your bones match your body.
Usually when someone speaks the words big bones, or like for instance, "she is not fat, she is just big boned," the are "nicely" still calling someone fat.
Be proud of your frame and your body because youth doesn't last always though it does last a long time, in years to come you may be saying, I wish my bones were bigger to accommodate the fat dangling from them. (lol)
You are fine for now, be patient with your body and your growth speed, all good things come in good time. Be healthy, be happy.
