If you could do your ultimate favorite skating program, what would you do?
Okay, I know this sounds dorky, but sometimes, when a really good song comes on, I sometimes picture myself skating a routine to it. If you got to skate to your favorite song(s), what song(s) would they be, and what would you include with your program? Also, just for fun, what would your dress/costume look like?
Cheers!

1) Claire de Lune - Debussy, piano version
I'm not a good enough skater to make an engaging program out of it and the music isn't loud enough to help cover up my scratchy footwork. The dress would be light blue with a flowing chiffon skirt and simple scattered crystal decoration.
2) Afternoon of a Faun - Debussy
Listening to this music kind of makes me feel like I'm in another world. The dress would be a simple design like Watercolor Dancewear dresses in earthy tones like green-peach-brown.
3) Romeo & Juliet
Very overused piece but it's beautiful. Dress would be velvet in red or navy with gold decorations.
4) Gravity - Sara Bareilles
I saw Amber Leigh Van Wyk skating to this in her auditon video for YAS and just love it. The dress would be minimalistic in black like a simple leotard and ballet skirt.
5) Nutcracker Pas de Deux
Another overused piece. Dress in pink or lilac with all the frills and sparkle.
6) Something by Lady Antebellum
I listen to a lot of music and could name about 50 more.
Since we're fantasizing, program content would include Yuna Kim's 3-lutz 3-toe combo, Mao Asada's 3-axel, Sasha Cohen's spirals and Alissa Czisny's spins. For real, probably axel and few other single jumps, a layback spin, some other combo spin and a couple of spirals.

I feel the same way. XD
Hmmm. I have a different song for genre
Pop:
Maroon 5 - One More Night
probably a rocker like costume with fishnet tights over like some weird colored cut tights and probably some band T-shirt and fishnet gloves.
Classic/Pop:
Yiruma - River Flows In you (it technically doesn't qualify for classical to me)
Like a blue/pink flowy dress like a princess technically also probably the long sleeve ones that are flowy haha
Classical:
This was a hard one because I like a lot of classic music considering I was in band for 6 years, and 3 in orchestra.
Cello Suite No. 1 since I loved the cello even though I wasn't very good at it. >.>
Hmmm. the dress would probably be black just because I think that song has a story behind it and skating would be the telling of the story and not the dress. =] Well, if I skated well enough. XP
Jazz:
Sing Sing Sing - Benny Goodman (Greatest Clarinet player ever! I was a clarinet player hence why I was in band.)
Hmmm. I didn't know what my costume would be, but it would definitely be really colorful. Well, maybe XD
Hmmm. I think I have more but I think I'd go on forever. hahah

I feel the same way :)
1) Broken strings - Love this song and I think it would be quite nice to skate too I think I would wear maybe a light orange costumes as its my favourite colour just now and some really good double axels, hair cutter spins,a sit spin and a triple lutz or something ha ha ( if only )
2) Hallelujah-The original of course I think this is beautiful music and I would wear a grey dress like sasha cohen did in her routine of hallelujah and of course it would include some amazing spirals just like sasha
haha of course I will never be able to do anything like that but its nice to dream :)

Danse Macabre: lots of doubles, straightline footwork, lots of spins; dress would be long sleeved and all black with lots of crystals
Wizard of OZ Fantasy for Orchestra: axel and a few doubles; LOTS of choreography; probably a light blue dress
Sad Man with a Box from Doctor Who: axel and a double, good spins, nice foot work; dress would probably be dark purple or green
