How to get my frenulum cut?

How long does the operation take?

How long after the operation till I can start "playing" again?

Can I do it at my local doctors office or do I have to go to the hospital? (Norway)

How much do I have to pay? (Norway)

Update:

My frenulum is somewhat short, leaveing flaps of foreskin on the other side when retrackted.

And just to be clear, it's the frenulum on the penis that is in question, not the tongue.

Phil is right,...why would you want it cut?

I am in Canada so I could not give you Norway prices,....but you can stretch the frenulum to make it longer.

Even stretching the skin around the frenulum will have the same affect as stretching the frenulum itself.

The frenulum anchors the foreskin to the glans and has a very good reason for being there.

When the foreskin is retracted, the retraction effort exerts a slight pressure on the frenulum (a tug) which is transmitted to the deep pressure receptors in the tip of the glans.

This is important for the development of the orgasm and is an aspect circumcised men know nothing about.

Retract the foreskin in the shower and let the warm water loosen and relax the skin. Place a moderate tugging tension on the frenulum and hold it there for 30 seconds. Relax the stretch for ten seconds,....and then repeat with the 30 second tension, 10 second relaxation intervals.

Do this as often as you have time for each shower.

Results can take several months 3-4 for complete satisfaction, but just keep stretching.

Do a quick stretch over the day during washroom breaks,....and do another stretching session before going to bed at night.

I have posted a link to a frenuloplasty site that shows several different procedures. Any of these procedures could be done under local anaesthetic,.....and NONE of them involve circumcision.

If the doctor even breathes that word (not likely in Norway) be very firm and tell them it is not an option. Find a new doctor if need be.

Good luck and I hope this helped.

Why would you want to get your frenulum cut? Have you tried slowly stretching it (can take months). If you really need a frenulectomy, then you will probably have to see a doctor first and be referred to a surgeon.

Don't get it cut unless you really need to...
