What kind of hair care routine needs to be taken after stripping the hair?
I've dyed my hair so many times that i don't think it knows what colour it's supposed to be. It never seems to do what i want it to. But i can't afford to go to a salon.
However, i did notice the other day that Superdrug has an affordable Salon professional hair stripping treatment, which i'm considering using to sort it out. But before i do, i just wanted to know what kind of routine would i need to take after using it to keep my hair in a good condition. I already use shampoo, conditioner, and heat treatment sprays when styling. But i was wondering if there's anything specific to stripping i'd need to do.
And yes, i'm aware that the specifics of stripping the hair of colour does mean my hair will be damaged somewhat.
Any help is appreciated. Thank you xx

Use a no-sulphate shampoo (L'Oreal and Burt's Bees do them) and deep condtion it once a week (Or as often as you want) and TRESemme is fine for normal use. :) But make sure to not wash your hair for three days before stripping it because it saves the chemicals!
