I keep getting super light headed like once a day?
I've been getting light-headed like one or two times a day for the last week. It's never during doing anything specific, I might just be sitting down or walking it doesn't matter. But today it happened at work and it got to the point where I felt like I was going to pass out and I like couldn't talk. Idk it was weird like I couldn't tell what was going on and my vision was blurry. Then I waited for like 2 hours though and it sort of went away. Any ideas of why this is happening?

I'm no medical proffesional but it could be a handful of things.....from what you are/aren't eating to dehydration or more serious anomolies.
