My Co-worker seems to always get on my nerves.?

Every time we are in a office meeting and I come up with a great idea he always seems to be squinting like he's skeptical about everything everyone says but the problem is even when he comes up with ideas he has the same facial expression yet no one ever calls him out on it. What should I do? Oh yeah I forgot to add that he is of Asian decent.

He is being arrogant and his facial expression like rolling his eyes, making untowards comments, even blatantly say your ideas are doomed even before you can present it. His action is obviously and usually tries to intimidate and put you down. These people need to be punched in the face and ask whats your problem. They are really screwed up and only think of one thing...himself being the smartest and even though you question him with reasons, they still remain adamant and often or not will tell you they never make mistakes and can't afford to make mistakes. They are very strong headed and don't feel ashamed even you proved them wrong. They are really a piece of work and guess what...majority of these people are asian engineers particularly mechanical engineers.

Gee, co-workers getting on nerves....who woulda thunk it?

    Welcome to EVERYONE's reality.

Just get over it, or move to another dept. Bet someone new will get on your nerves.

    That's just how it is.

    Good luck.
