Okay. First cut back on diary this helped me a lot. Now anytime I drink milk it comes back. And switch to baby washing powder. Use eucerin intensive repair. And dove non scented body wash. Then go see a doctor about it ask for pills and cream. I got some that worked AMAZING. But I can't get the name right now.
