I just got a bunch of "best answers" for questions I answered 2 and even 3 years ago? Does this happen a lot?

Usually if I get feedback, it's for recent questions. My mailbox is stuffed!

    Hey!

No, it does not happens a lot. It happens to many users but not a lot. There is a group called "Tiebusters" that is, when a question goes into voting and it gets into a tie and no best answer is chosen for that question, people like us vote for those unresolved and old questions. We vote for old questions, that is yet to be Resolved. You can join in too and vote for unresolved questions!

"Our goal is to reduce this number as much as possible. By completing this task we hope to eliminate the clutter that has accumulated over the years, as well as giving well deserved points to thought out answers."

For me, yes, it does happen a lot. Sometimes I get more old ones than recent ones.

Have you heard the Tuvan throat singing? It sounds painful!

I like your avetar. It reminds me of a "Bull Bat" chick. (Night Hawk)

Have you seen one? Very hard to locate. The chick acts like a biddy Tasmanian devil.
