@Muzick - Yes. And that's why Clinton left Bush with a recession. Furthermore it was largely Clintons economic incompetence that cause the Housing Bubble to begin with.
Don't get me wrong though. Clinton veered hard right after losing the House & Senate... So compared to Obama he's a genius. Clinton signed the Welfare Reform Obama just gutted. Hillarycare failed. Obamacare passed. See the difference?

Uh, Bush was a business man too so I'm not convinced. Clinton was a lawyer ha ha.
