How to prove that the U.S. Constitution is still relevant?
I need specific examples, and maybe some websites backing up your proof?

The federal government perpetually uses any lame excuse to interfere with states authority. It stretches interstate commerce to ridiculous ends for that and finds any other excuse or method to force states to its will.
It interferes now with California's marijuana initiative and has often ruled commodity production on the excuse that could be interstate if it wasn't then. It has long extorted acceptance from states of things like the 55 mph maximum highway speed and 21 year old drinking age.
A few years after the ratification of our Bill of Rights guaranteeing freedom of speech the Federalist Party controlled federal government clearly violated it by passing the Alien and Sedition Acts to thwart the growth of the rising Democratic-Republican Party popular with farmers, tradesmen, and the growing immigration of those.
A domineering federal government was the concern of anti-Federalist farmers and tradesmen who fought against the new constitution (today's) converting the US from a confederacy to the federation Federalist Party bankers and merchants wanted. The anti-Federalists demanded our Bill of Rights as guard against federal authority dominating everyone and everything. Their endless effort to do that is proof that specifying the its authority in a constitution was necessary.
The 14th amendment confirmed that rights of citizens expressed in the Constitution must be honored also by states. Both federal and state governments have been violating our right to keep and bear particularly military arms for keeping government under citizens' control. Governments never want to be held down like that. So far we haven't ended their escalating violation of that right.
Source(s): For decades I studied philosophies, cultures, and social institutions. I began that because of confusion resulting from my military experience under the shadow of neo-Marxist anti-military and anti-capitalism indoctrination in the universities. I continue a forty year quest wading through the huge pile of stinking crap a wide variety of bigots piled on top of truth hiding it from nearly everyone's view. The pile was made by blaming people they don't like while excusing people they do like regardless of where the fault really lies. - John J. SLv 79 years ago
Preferatory commentt: "If men were angels, no government would be necessary, If men were ruled by angels any government would suffice." from the Federalist Papers.
All the constitution did was create the structure and form of a government. We still need government it still needs aform. So either the form is broken or it is not.
We have a government that has worked (or atleast bumped along) for 223 years with fewer than 30 changes. To toss out the constitution as irrelevan tis to toss out national givernment as equally irrelevant.

You don't need websites to tell you. Just read it, noting has changed to make it irrelevant. The only thing that has changed in the last 250 years is technology. Mankind as a whole has the same attitude they did back in biblical times even

Google any site promoting freedom of choice, speech or religion. The GOP is at war with all our personal freedoms and choices - you have lots to pick from.
