Yes, very easily. The best single video card configuration you could go for with that PSU is a GTX 670.

Seems like that motherboard doesn't have a onbroad graphic card even if it does it already disable , just uninstall the amd graphic card driver , use ccleaner registery option to remove the amd graphic card registry files from the registry , the whole thing is trying to do a clean nvidia install with out amd graphic files causing any problems , make sure you already have the nvidia card you want and the psu meet the requirement, install the nvidia graphic card , cancel found new hard ware, and install the nvidia drivers from the cd , seems like a nice pc for gaming , to be honest i"ll just upgrade that amd 7770 to a 7850 or a 7870
