That are not 100% answered by this graphic from the AGU*.

Wow, it looks like over time the volume of ice is consistently declining. I wonder how close the predictions have come to the trend?
It is unfortunate that the AGU page you linked has the word "catastrophic" in the title and discusses the influence on landslides. Instead, here is the source material from Jim Pettit (linked to in the blog) but the volume graph they reproduced in the blog is the most interesting/compelling: https://sites.google.com/site/pettitclimategraphs/...

Death spirals? That ought to scare the be-jesus out of us mortals.
So this is the scare of the day brought to you by the god forsaken greenies.
Quote from Monika Kopacz, atmospheric scientist: "It is no secret that a lot of climate-change research is subject to opinion, that climate models sometimes disagree even on the signs of the future changes (e.g. drier vs. wetter future climate). The problem is, only sensational exaggeration makes the kind of story that will get politicians’ — and readers’ — attention. So, yes, climate scientists might exaggerate, but in today’s world, this is the only way to assure any political action and thus more federal financing to reduce the scientific uncertainty."
Your article just is one of the many scary scenarios which have been offered up by those unprincipled crooks who want to take our money and entice us to abandon our Constitution.
The only question I have is, "Who would be gullible enough to believe a badly written article like that?"
