Because he does business overseas idiot. You don't earn euros convert them to dollars and then convert them back to Euros to pay suppliers.

Don't show your stupidity and lack of international business experience. Even my small business has an account in Europe because I export but also bu some supplies from Europe. It is the safe method to offset currency exchange rate fluctuations.
