Settings for netgear wnr2200 port forwarding and utorrent?
Hi all, I've got a netgear wnr2200, and basically, I'm having a bit of a nightmare trying to set up port forwarding for utorrent, I'm only getting speeds of 40kbps, on a 50mbps connection.
Does anyone know how to set up the port forwarding on this router, so I can get the speeds I should be getting?

Port forwarding merely transports the packets to the correct service, it is like giving utorrent an telephone number and then directing all phone calls for utorrent to that number. So if utorrent is receiving calls (i.e. uploading and downloading anything at all) then your port forwarding is set up correctly.
This sounds like it could be bandwidth throttling by your ISP... my ISP (talktalk) limits the speeds of torrent files through the day, I only achieve faster speeds after midnight. I think you are seeing the same thing! It is not your port forwarding.
