Obama says... "I don't think that we would consider them an ally, but we don't consider them an enemy"

Why are we seeding theming Aid package?

One more thing, and he will provide the aid package instead of offsetting the automatic budget cuts that will cost 2million jobs in the US.

    Egypt is our frenemy.

    But since they're one of the gateways in the Middle East for us, we will continue to help them.

    If they were an ally, wouldn't we have an alliance? Is Egypt in NATO?

    if war broke out, Egypt wouldnt fight for us...thus they're NOT an ally
